These Terms & Conditions govern use of Prayash IQ. By using the platform, you agree to use it lawfully and for personal learning, practice and assessment purposes.

1. Educational service

Prayash IQ provides independent educational content, practice assessments and learning tools. It is not the official website of CAT/IIMs, NBEMS, Microsoft, or any examination, certification or regulatory authority unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Examination information

Exam dates, patterns, eligibility, instructions and policies can change. Candidates should verify time-sensitive or official requirements with the relevant examination authority. Prayash IQ simulations and difficulty labels are preparation tools and are not guarantees of official exam performance.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the platform for legitimate personal learning and assessment.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls, scrape/bulk-download protected content, automate abusive requests, interfere with service operation, or redistribute protected banks.
• Do not upload or submit unlawful, harmful, infringing or sensitive personal information through support forms.

4. Content and intellectual property

The platform design, original educational presentation, software and protected content are provided for personal use. No licence is granted to republish, sell, mass-copy, scrape or create competing databases from protected material. Third-party names, trademarks and externally hosted images remain subject to their respective owners' rights.

5. Assessments and results

Practice scores, recommendations, mock difficulty levels, answer explanations and diagnostic analysis are educational guidance. They do not guarantee examination results, employment outcomes, certification or professional competence.

6. Medical and psychological limitations

NEET-PG material is educational and is not medical advice or a substitute for current clinical guidance. The Check Your IQ Level app is an educational reasoning assessment and must not be treated as a validated full-scale IQ instrument. The Psychology Test is a custom non-clinical profile assessment and is not a diagnosis or measure of mental-health percentage. See the Educational Disclaimer.

7. Availability and changes

Features, content and assessments may be added, corrected, removed or temporarily unavailable. We may update these terms when the platform changes. Material changes should be reflected by the updated date on this page.

8. External content

Some pages may display or link to external resources. Prayash IQ does not control external websites and does not guarantee their continued availability, security or accuracy.

9. No warranty

The platform is provided for educational use on an "as available" basis. Reasonable efforts are made to improve accuracy and reliability, but uninterrupted availability or error-free content cannot be guaranteed.
