This Privacy Policy explains the information used by Prayash IQ in its current no-sign-in learning and assessment experience.

1. Information used to operate the platform

• Anonymous session information: the platform creates a temporary anonymous secure session so protected learning and assessment requests can operate without an account. The session identifier is not displayed in the learner interface.
• Assessment responses: answers and attempt information are processed to score an assessment and generate analysis/review.
• Technical information: ordinary web-server information such as request time, IP/network information and browser details may be processed by the hosting infrastructure for security, reliability and abuse prevention.

2. Support & feedback submissions

If you voluntarily use the Support & Feedback form, the information you enter (for example your name, email address, issue category and message) may be processed and stored through the hosting provider's form infrastructure so the site operator can respond or investigate. Do not include passwords, medical records, government identifiers, payment details or other sensitive personal information.

3. Cookies and local storage

The current platform uses a strictly necessary secure session cookie for anonymous session continuity. It does not currently require advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. See the Cookie Policy.

4. Why information is used

• deliver requested learning content and assessments;
• calculate results and diagnostic feedback;
• protect content and prevent abuse;
• maintain availability and troubleshoot technical issues;
• respond to voluntarily submitted support requests.

5. Retention

The anonymous session is temporary. Hosting/security logs and support-form submissions may be retained according to operational needs and the hosting provider's settings. The platform should not be used as permanent storage for personal information.

6. Third-party services and images

The site is hosted on Netlify and some visual-learning content may load images from external hosts. Opening or loading an external resource can cause that provider to receive standard web-request information. External services have their own privacy practices.

7. Your choices

You may stop using the site at any time. If you have submitted information through the support form and want to request correction or deletion, use the Support & Feedback page and provide enough non-sensitive information to identify the submission.

8. Changes to this policy

If accounts, payments, analytics, advertising or additional personal-data features are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated before those features are used.
